A premier metal roofing and siding manufacturer in Savannah, GA, has a full time opening for a Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

7:30am to 4:30pm, Monday through Thursday, 7-4 pm every Friday starting pay is $17.50/hr plus monthly bonus averaging $500-700 As a Customer Service Representative, your daily tasks will include: – Answering phones and greeting customers in a friendly and professional manner. – Entering quotes and orders accurately and efficiently. – Checking emails and responding to customer inquiries promptly. – Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. – Reporting to the Customer Service Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

To excel in this role, you should have: – A high school diploma or equivalent. – 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and answering multiple phone lines. – The ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
