In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. What we offer Base salary plus commission/bonus potential. Target year one earnings $80,000 – $100,000

Schedule:

8-hour shift Monday to Friday Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. Identify customer needs through effective questioning and active listening. Present products and services to customers in a compelling manner. Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team goals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve overall performance. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor activities. Requirements Proven experience in sales or customer service is preferred: Sales in the waste industry is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse customers. Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach to achieving goals. Basic ability to use software provided A high school diploma or equivalent; further education in business or related fields is an advantage.
