As a Service Sales Specialist , you’ll play a key role in growing our service business by identifying new opportunities, developing customized solutions, and helping clients maximize their investment in life safety and communication systems. What You’ll Be Doing:

Proactively prospecting and building a robust pipeline of service opportunities within your assigned territory. Driving recurring revenue through the sale of long-term service agreements. Providing service estimates and recommending equipment upgrades to existing clients. Developing strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service to ensure satisfaction and retention. Leading the entire sales process—from needs analysis and product demonstrations to proposal development and closing. Creating custom service proposals and presenting them to key stakeholders and decision-makers. Managing account-related tasks including order paperwork, scheduling, installation coordination, and customer training. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (sales activity, pipeline, forecasts, and tasks). What You Bring to the

Preferred Experience & Skills:

Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, Zoho, or similar).
