Who You Are RCB Industries is seeking a driven and energetic Outside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth across two innovative brands— PLUS Restaurant Solutions and Your Brand Cafe —by acquiring new accounts, expanding market share, and building long-term customer relationships. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, enjoys solving operational and branding challenges for businesses, and is passionate about helping customers succeed. What You’ll Do

  • Prospect and qualify leads across independent restaurants, franchises, and distributors
  • Conduct discovery calls and in-person visits to assess customer needs
  • Present customized solutions and product samples that highlight our branding and sourcing advantages
  • Close new business and onboard customers in Salesforce
  • Maintain account ownership and nurture long-term relationships
  • Collaborate internally with account management, marketing, and sourcing teams
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build pipeline and brand awareness What You Bring
  • 2+ years in B2B sales or foodservice industry experience preferred
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a collaborative, team-first mindset
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and virtual/in-person sales outreach
  • Willingness to travel as needed for meetings and events What We Offer
