The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for customer service and sales, with the ability to engage customers effectively and drive sales growth. This role involves direct interaction with customers, assisting them in finding the right products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties Meet with customers on preset / pre-qualified appointments to demonstrate our products and inform customers about our company Demonstrate products through engaging product demos to enhance customer understanding and interest. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining customer satisfaction. Maintain knowledge of current promotions, product features, and store policies to effectively assist customers. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Assist in supervising junior staff members when necessary, fostering a collaborative team environment. Perform retail math calculations as needed to ensure accurate pricing and discounts for customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor to create an inviting shopping atmosphere. Skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele. Proficient in cash register operations and cash handling procedures. Excellent phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries over the phone. Experience in upselling techniques that enhance the customer purchasing experience.
