What you’ll do: Prospect neighborhoods and meet with homeowners in storm-affected areas Inspect for storm damage and help file insurance claims Schedule adjuster meetings and walk homeowners through the process Present contract options, upgrades, and finalize project details Attend roof builds and manage customer communication Work with internal claims and production teams to settle projects Collect payments and ensure a positive customer experience Submit referrals, overpayments, and support financing when needed What We’re Looking For Excellent communicator
