Business to Business Outside Sales Position 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars Athens, GA Register Tape Netowkr is Hiring Business to Business Outside Slaes Executives. Target Earnings $75K to $85K annually, and Top Producers Target Earnings $90K to $150,000+ RTN is seeking ambitious, self-driven, highly motivated sales representatives that can follow a proven sales process to earn their worth and who aren’t afraid of a challenge. Field reps are provided paid training along with continuous training to advance them to their maximum potential. Register Tape Network pioneered selling advertising space directly on supermarket cash register tape receipts using four color professionally printed ads since 1951and partnered with Dollar General stores over the past 13 years. RTN provides the best nationally recognized in store branding and advertising for local businesses.
Job requirements:
Minimal 1 year of B2B outside sales experience. Ability to memorize the RTN Power Point Presentation ($250 bonus), follow a proven process, coachable, professional phone presence, ability to handle objections and close a sale, computer savvy.
Daily responsibilities:
Commute to the assigned market and remain in territory during business hours (8:30 am to 5:30pm), Prospecting, make the dials to set F2F appointments (average 75 dials daily)
RTN Compensation:
$52K fixed incentive, comprised of a $32K annual salary (pays weekly) + $20K in additional opportunity to earn a minimal of $200 a week in bonus money, this can be more but that will be up to the sales representative + additional weekly, monthly and quarterly bonuses + a cash collected bonus + a gas allowance and uncapped commissions. Salary + bonus money earned weekly, monthly, and quarterly. Bonuses are based on activity starting as soon as training is completed. Field Representatives are paid what they earn in high commissions and bonuses + a salary. Uncapped commissions as high as 30%, Multiple bonus structures, iPhone and iPad provided, Gas allowance (pays weekly).
