Local communities throughout Athens, Georgia Job Overview Peachtree Care Health Services is seeking motivated and community-minded individuals to join our outreach team in a commission-only lead generation role. Your primary responsibility will be to build relationships within the community to identify individuals with Medicaid and/or disabilities who are in need of home healthcare services or assistance with daily living activities.

Key Responsibilities :

Establish connections with local churches, senior centers, assisted living facilities, and community organizations Identify and refer individuals who may qualify for home care services through Medicaid or disability-based programs Conduct outreach activities including door-to-door visits and distributing yard signs in low-income neighborhoods Maintain a simple log of outreach efforts and submit qualified lead information

Compensation :

Earn $50 for every verified, qualified lead. A qualified lead is an individual with Medicaid or disability status who requires home care support.
