ROLE OVERVIEW

Window Comfort is looking for an enthusiastic and driven In-Home Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in face-to-face customer interactions and have a strong ambition for both personal and professional growth. As an In-Home Sales Specialist, you will be the key representative of our company, responsible for conducting in-home consultations with provided leads and closing sales using our established sales techniques.

We serve the North Georgia area, offering high-quality exterior home improvement products such as replacement windows, entry doors, sliding patio doors, roofing, and siding. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Visit potential customers’ homes to present and explain the benefits of Window Comfort’s product lines. Master and utilize our proven 10-Step selling process during sales engagements. Generate additional business by visiting installation sites. Maintain and nurture relationships with prospects and existing customers to secure future sales opportunities. Optimize every sales opportunity to meet company performance standards. Participate in weekly training sessions focused on sales techniques and product knowledge. Attend daily meetings, either virtually or in person. Record and monitor sales performance using CRM systems. Keep all sales documentation and materials in pristine condition. Engage in continuous personal and professional development.

Ability to sit for extended periods while traveling or during in-home visits. Capable of lifting up to 40 lbs.
