As we continue to grow, we’re seeking a results-driven Inside Sales Associate to help fuel our expansion and build lasting client relationships.

Position Overview:

The Inside Sales Associate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and setting appointments for our business development team. You’ll be the first point of contact for potential customers—representing Stratus with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls and follow up on marketing-generated leads Respond to inbound inquiries with urgency and professionalism Qualify potential clients and franchise prospects based on specific criteria Set and confirm appointments for outside sales and franchise development representatives Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records of all interactions and activities Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience Meet or exceed weekly and monthly activity and conversion goals

What We’re Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments Strong phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills Confidence in making cold and warm calls Familiarity with CRM software (HubSpot, Zoom Info) a plus Highly organized with strong follow-up skills A self-starter with a team-oriented mindset
