The Business Development Specialist role combines Sales and Marketing within the Business Development Division and is responsible for carrying out the day to day tasks associated with executing the marketing and sales strategies achieving the result of signing up new clients. This person reports directly to the President.
Basic Functions:
Lead generation and qualifying Direct communication with leads/prospects and referral partners via phone, email, video, and in person Scheduling meetings, identifying prospect needs, communicating solutions, and persistently following up Documenting information collected in sales process communications Closing deals and converting leads/prospects into clients Ensuring a smooth and pleasant experience for new clients Communicating internally with operations to coordinate solutions delivery and onboarding Tracking leads/prospects throughout the entire sales process Generating, maintaining, and submitting sales tracking data Creating, maintaining, and distributing sales/marketing materials Branding integration Routinely provide updates and feedback to direct supervisor
