We are looking for an Inbound Sales Representative to strategically assist patients in aligning various oral surgery treatment plans, primarily focused on dental implants. The Inbound Sales Rep will direct patients to fill out required forms, educate patients on implant services, pricing, and treatment plans.

Job Summary:

Receive and respond to incoming calls and forms from potential customers. Understand Beacon’s services to assist promoting these services to potential customers. Manage responses from leads and converting them into ongoing customers by building lasting connections and relationships. Research product offerings to make customized sales pitches and demonstrate how the consumer would benefit from purchasing their product. Maintain a strong, ongoing relationship with customers to sell additional products to them or to answer any questions. Work with agency for ongoing outreach to potential patients Support the Director of ITC training in sharing best practices in case presentation Provide extraordinary customer service and maintain quotas.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in an in-bound sales environment Minimum of 6 months experience working with customers Healthcare industry experience required. Must have ability to persuasively present products and services to meet customer needs, address and overcome objections, and close sales. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. The ability to provide excellent patient care, even under stressful circumstances. Consistent professionalism in appearance and attitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in dental or oral surgery vertical preferred.
