Position Overview:

The Plumbing Inside Sales Representative is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, providing product and service recommendations, assisting customers with scheduling, following up on leads, and closing sales. This role requires a basic understanding of plumbing services and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chats in a timely and professional manner. Proactively follow up on service leads and unsold estimates. Educate customers on our plumbing services, products, pricing, and promotions. Build strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. Meet or exceed monthly sales and call conversion goals. Accurately enter and update customer information and service requests into the CRM system. Collaborate with service technicians and management to ensure a seamless customer experience. Stay informed about industry trends, service offerings, and pricing structures.

Qualifications:

1-2 years of inside sales experience (plumbing or home services industry preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. High level of professionalism, energy, and customer service orientation. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of plumbing systems or willingness to learn. Experience with Service Titan and Microsoft Office Suite. High school diploma or equivalent (college education a plus).
