Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Call Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for healthcare, strong interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in sales. You will be responsible for developing new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers Respond to inbound inquiries and convert them into sales opportunities Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services Maintain detailed records of interactions in our CRM system Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets Collaborate with the sales and management teams to refine messaging and strategy

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred) 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, or call center roles Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Comfortable working with sales targets and KPIs Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite Self-motivated, coachable, and results-driven Must be local to the Kennesaw, GA area
