Year-Round Employment:

Rest easy with reliable work, all year long. Responsibilities, include but are not limited to: Responsible for selling commercial and residential maintenance and project services. Marketing, presenting, and selling company products and services to new customers. Understand customers’ wants vs. needs to exceed expectations. Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments. Proactive networking with local organizations to generate new leads. Participate in home and garden shows as necessary. Create sales and marketing material to present to customers. Establish and maintain relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction. Primary point of contact with customers, up to the start of construction. Gather and input information about the property needs, expectations, and other pertinent information needed into the CRM system for future account management. Prepare and execute contracts between clients and company. Oversee accounts and handle questions, comments, and concerns from clients related directly to estimates, contracts, or rendered services. Maintain knowledge of account service status and proactively address client needs to ensure satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years’ previous Outside Sales experience required . Knowledge of the Hardscape/Landscape Industry required . General computer literacy and proficient in Microsoft Office with a focus in Excel, Word, and Outlook. Highly motivated, energetic, and self-starter. Love for people, outgoing, and friendly personality. Goal orientated and results driven. Ability to self-initiate and work independently. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and maintain a professional demeanor. Above average organizational skills and high attention to detail. Familiarity with CRM platforms. Ready to Grow With Us?
