We are specifically looking for candidates with backgrounds in: Fitness (e.g., personal trainers, front desk staff, gym managers) HVAC/Plumbing/Electrical (e.g., technicians, customer service reps, sales assistants) Wellness (e.g., nurses, aestheticians, or admin staff from Medi-Spas, Chiros, or PT clinics) You already know the business—now use that experience to help others succeed. This is your chance to transition into a sales role that leverages your industry insight and rewards you for performance.
What You’ll Do:
Drive new client acquisition through outreach, lead follow-up, and referrals Re-engage former clients and grow existing accounts Work from qualified leads provided by UpSwell Understand client needs and recommend tailored marketing solutions Collaborate internally on pricing, proposals, and client support Focus on specific verticals:
Fitness, HVAC, Wellness Requirements:
What We’re Looking For:
