Job duties of theposition are:
1. Making outside Calls (including cold calling) on potentialbusinesses and creates an effective pipeline of potentialcontacts. 2. Generates new businesses through a series of networking events,industry contacts, and LinkedIn. 3. Maintains existing client relationships by providing on-goingconsulation. 4. Develops and maintains strong working relationships with clientsto create a partnership that yields success, results, andcredibility. 5. Maintains accurate and organized documentation on all clientsand prospects. 6. Uses effective communication approaches that include proactivelykeeping others informed, appropriately expressing ideas andthoughts verbally and in written form. 7. Keeps abreast of trends and innovative sales techniques in aneffort to maintain a competitive edge. The Outside Sales Representative position standard includes thefollowing elements: 1. At least 1 year of outside business to business sales experience(Preferably in office equipment, furniture, or industrialsales) 2. Ability to cold cold clients and to discover client needs 3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 4. Ability to build and maintain client relationships. This is a temp to hire position, it will start out at $10.00 ahour, then transition a draw and commission based. Oncetransitioned, the position has the ability to earn anywhere for 25kto 35k depending on sales.
