The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus on B2B interactions and the ability to negotiate effectively. Responsibilities Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets. Conduct cold calling and follow-up on leads to generate new business opportunities. Engage in inside sales activities, including product demonstrations and presentations. Collaborate with the marketing team to identify market trends and opportunities for growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Maintain thorough knowledge of products and services to effectively communicate their benefits. Participate in trade shows or industry events as needed to promote products. Experience Proven experience in sales, preferably in B2B environments. Familiarity with technical sales or direct sales is a plus. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively. Experience with retail sales is beneficial but not required. Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM software is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a strong ability to build rapport with clients.
