Description:

Grand Motorcars is seeking enthusiastic and driven Sales Consultants to join our high-performing team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, commission-based environment and are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, we want to talk to you.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide customers through the entire vehicle purchase process, from greeting to delivery. Build lasting relationships with customers through personalized service and follow-up. Develop in-depth knowledge of our vehicle inventory to help customers find the perfect fit. Consistently achieve or exceed monthly sales targets. Maintain a professional appearance and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications:

Prior sales experience preferred, but we also welcome motivated self-starters eager to learn. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Goal-driven with a proven ability to succeed in a commission-based environment. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
