Do you excel at helping clients see the value in premium services? We’re seeking a dynamic, results-driven individual to join our rapidly growing aesthetics business. About Us Atlanta Body Sculpt specializes in non-invasive body contouring treatments using our proprietary Snatched Serum technology. Our business is expanding rapidly with a flood of new clients seeking our transformative services. We need a sales professional who can match our growth and help take our business to the next level. You’ll guide clients through their transformation journey while maximizing revenue through premium package selection. Primary Responsibilities Conduct initial 30-minute consultations with new clients, converting trial packages to full treatment programs Perform final consultations at the end of trial periods to secure full package commitments Follow up with deposit clients to schedule their appointments Manage front desk operations during non-consultation periods Contact leads and convert them into booked appointments Use our proprietary calculator tool to demonstrate value and ROI to clients Maintain client records and track sales performance metrics What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience with a track record of exceeding targets Natural ability to build rapport and trust quickly Passion for aesthetics, beauty, and helping clients achieve their goals Excellent communication skills and professional appearance Self-motivated with a desire for commission-based earnings Experience in aesthetics, medical spa, or related fields required Someone that eats, sleeps and breathes sales Compensation We reward sales excellence with a competitive package: $15/hour base pay 10% commission on first-visit package sales (
Package Range:
$249 – $2000) 5% commission on third-visit package sales (
