Up to $90k- no commission structure Position Overview The Sales Representative is responsible for maintaining strong customer relationships, developing new business (especially with Tier 1 and Tier 2 automotive manufacturers), and coordinating with internal departments. This role requires full-time on-site presence and travel as needed. Key Qualifications 3+ years of on-site sales experience in a small to mid-size manufacturing company Experience working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 automotive customers Stable work history Strong cultural fit: professional, collaborative, reliable, humble, and adaptable Comfortable in a flat organizational structure Willing to work long hours and be responsive after hours Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent experience) Core Responsibilities Build and maintain customer relationships Identify and secure new business opportunities Handle quotes, feasibility reviews, and mold/tool documentation Coordinate project start-ups with internal teams Report on sales activities and contribute to sales planning Resolve customer issues and improve satisfaction Attend daily and monthly meetings Comply with company policies, quality, and safety standards Support continuous improvement and participate in training Required Skills Strong leadership, teamwork, and communication Excellent organizational and presentation skills Advanced computer proficiency (Windows) Physical & Training Requirements Ability to sit, stand, lift (15-25 lbs), and perform repetitive motion for extended periods Good close-range vision Ongoing training in safety, quality, and job-specific tasks to apply, please send your resume to latanaka@pasona.com
