High school diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in manufacturing, distribution, or industrial packaging. Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience using CRM software or ERP systems (preferred).
What Your Role Will Look Like:
As a Sales Specialist , you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing excellent service, addressing inquiries, and ensuring a smooth order process. You will work closely with internal teams, including sales and operations, to ensure customer needs are met in a timely and professional manner. Communicate with customers via phone, email, and chat to provide product information, pricing, and order updates. Process and manage customer orders from entry to fulfillment, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery. Address and resolve customer concerns, complaints, and product-related issues with professionalism and efficiency. Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure customer expectations are met. Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. Assist in preparing quotes and proposals for customers as needed. Provide feedback on customer trends and concerns to improve service quality.
