Cooper’s Plumbing and Air is hiring a Inside Sales Representative who will be responsible for converting unsold field opportunities and service invoice leads into booked jobs. This individual will engage with homeowners via phone, offering tailored solutions and scheduling services. This is a goal-driven position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

What You’ll Do:

• Make outbound calls to follow up on technician invoices and unsold job proposals. Establish rapport with customers to understand their needs and offer service solutions. Convert leads into scheduled services by effectively communicating benefits. Accurately update and maintain CRM and sales tracking systems. Achieve or surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Remain informed on company services, promotions, warranties, and financing options. Coordinate with service and operations teams to ensure excellent customer experience. Deliver high-quality service that reflects Cooper’s brand standards. What Makes You Great! Inside sales experience, preferably over the phone. Strong verbal and written communication. Ability to manage and prioritize multiple sales opportunities. Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office. Financial awareness of job profitability and return on investment. Results-driven and self-motivated. Success Factors in the Role Background in home services, plumbing, or HVAC industry. Outgoing personality with persuasive, confident communication style. Experience handling customer objections and overcoming hesitation. Deep commitment to customer service and brand representation. Enjoys working in a structured, team-focused sales environment.
