AT&T Sales Representative Responsibilities:
Engage with customers to address inquiries and provide comprehensive knowledge on AT&T’s products and services Assess each customer’s individual needs and provide them with appropriate products to increase customer satisfaction and drive sales Coordinate and schedule service installations, ensuring timely and seamless setup for customers Process transactions, prepare correspondence, and fulfill customer needs efficiently Resolve customer issues with professionalism, friendliness, and a positive attitude Assist and report to your Senior AT&T Sales Manager to drive sales and hit all target
KPIs Basic Qualifications For The AT&T Sales Representative:
High School Diploma is required 0-3 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, client support or other related fields is highly desirable Ability to collaborate effectively with customer, clients, and teammates Strong verbal and written communication skills Basic knowledge of the sales cycle is advantageous Reliable punctuality and consistent attendance
