Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. Manage inventory control by keeping track of available vehicles and coordinating with inventory management systems. Utilize retail math to assist customers in understanding financing options and payment plans. Implement upselling techniques to promote additional products or services that enhance the customer experience. Collaborate with sales support teams to ensure smooth transaction processes. Maintain knowledge of current market trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our vehicles. Follow up with leads and maintain relationships with past customers to encourage repeat business. Skills Proficient in using dealership software for inventory management and sales tracking. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele. Strong understanding of market dynamics related to automotive sales. Excellent skills in inventory control to ensure accurate stock levels. Retail math proficiency for calculating financing options and pricing strategies.
