Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (Atlanta, GA) to join our growing team!

Important Note:

This hybrid role follows a standard 8AM-5PM schedule (with a 1-hour lunch break). It requires working onsite at our Atlanta, Georgia office on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays, with the option to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

Position Summary As a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Momentive Software, you will play a vital role in driving the growth of our non-profit/associations & events sector. You will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base within the non-profit, associations & events space. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact by connecting organizations with solutions that enhance their effectiveness and impact. A Day in the Life Prospect and generate new business leads within the non-profit sector through various channels, including cold calling, email outreach, social selling, and networking. Conduct thorough research to identify key decision-makers within target organizations and understand their needs, challenges, and priorities. Initiate and nurture relationships with prospects, engaging in consultative conversations to uncover opportunities for Momentive Software’s’ solutions. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria and schedule meetings or demos with the appropriate sales representatives. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation and pipeline development. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions and activities in the CRM system. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in non-profit & associations management to effectively position Momentive Software’s’ solutions. We are looking for someone who brings Must be able to come into office 5 days a week Understanding of B2B Sales Inside sales experience a plus Excellent written/verbal communication skills Strong problem-solving skills Motivation, driven and a self-starting attitude Ability to work in a fast paced, team environment Ability to understand customer needs and meet that need with a successful product sale Good time management with strong organizational skills
