Job Description:
Customer Sales and Solutions Specialist (TERRITORY REP) will be requested to improve the dealership position in the marketplace through increased profitable sales in the area of Parts, Service and Rental. Establish new accounts for The Lilly Company in Parts, Service and Rental; Increase purchases and profitability from existing customers; Provide feedback to the service, parts or rental departments on any new developments or customer concerns in the marketplace; Resolve customer concerns with the assistance of the branch or service manager; Project a clean, neat, professional public image at all times; Sell and promote the dealership; Sell Planned Maintenance Programs (PMs); Support the service department by quoting and selling shop and field repairs;
