$18-$21/hr DOE + $15 bonus per order once permanent
Schedule:
Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5
PM Summary:
This is not a dealership role — it’s an in-office position focused on handling inbound calls (5-20 daily) from customers interested in purchasing commercial trucks. Ideal for recent grads looking to break into customer service and sales!
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound sales inquiries and assist customers with purchasing commercial vehicles Perform weekly yard checks (approx. 90 vehicles on-site) to confirm inventory Update and manage vehicle listings in internal systems Coordinate vehicle pick-ups and deliveries Process titles and ensure proper documentation for each sale Collaborate with internal teams to meet sales goals and ensure smooth operations Sell to both local and nationwide customers
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience Strong communication, organization, and time management skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Comfortable working in a fast-paced setting with multiple priorities Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up practices
