The Customer Success Representative works on-site at ourmarketing & promotional events and provides support to the team atour corporate headquarters here in Atlanta . We specialize incustomer retention and customer acquisitions for our clientele. Ourclients span across a wide variety of industries, including homeimprovement, telecommunications, and green energy. In thisentry-level role, the Customer Success Representative will usetheir eagerness to learn and natural enthusiasm to assist theon-site marketing team with all tasks involved in developing andexecuting the company’s overall marketing plan. Customer Success Representative:

Execute marketing plans andoperational functions to company standards Participate inproduct/service knowledge training provided to marketing teams onbehalf of management Execute client presentation directives andstandards to sales team members Assist customers with any questionsthey may have in regards to featured client products/services Gainknowledge of the marketing and branding strategy of all new clientsthe company acquires.
