Full Time Sales Leader Westside Market Midtown 1530 Ellsworth Industrial Boulevard NW, Atlanta, GA 30318 Overview We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Lead Sales Associate to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a drive to meet sales goals, as well as some experience with social media promotion. As a Lead Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive shopping experience for our customers while effectively promoting our members. Responsibilities Lead the sales team on the floor by example and with enthusiasm, to grow our vendor’s sales and influence among our customers. Work with Store Management to train associates in the Westside Market manner, promoting excellent sales skills and follow up Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs. Maintain an organized and well-stocked sales floor, ensuring that merchandise is displayed attractively. Operate the POS system efficiently, handling cash register transactions accurately. Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer purchases and increase store sales. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Assist with inventory management, including stock replenishment and organization of backroom storage. Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and maintain store standards. Skills Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members. Experience with social media promotions and interactions required Minimum 7 years experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred. Basic math skills for handling transactions and managing cash register operations. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is advantageous. A proactive approach to upselling and promoting products to maximize sales opportunities.
