This role requires a proven sales background , strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to confidently generate and convert leads . - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of referral sources through strategic networking and outreach. Expand Referral Relationships
- Connect with hospitals, physicians, assisted living communities and care providers to increase client referrals. Educate and Advocate
- Effectively communicate the value of our services to healthcare professionals and families. Close Deals
- Confidently secure new referral partnerships and maintain ongoing relationships to ensure consistent business growth. Meet and Exceed Sales Goals
- Achieve performance targets through proactive sales efforts and follow-ups. Collaborate with Internal Teams
- Work with operations, care coordinators, and clinical staff to ensure smooth client transitions. What We’re Looking For Proven Healthcare Sales Experience
- 2+ years of success in B2B healthcare sales, home care, hospice, or related industry Strong Relationship Builder
- Ability to establish trust and credibility with referral sources. Results-Driver & Persistent
