We are looking for a Restorations Inspector to join our team as a key leader for our water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and odor control services. If you’re driven, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a dynamic environment, this role could be for you! Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service and timely face-to-face communication with both residential and commercial clients. Prepare accurate and comprehensive estimates for water and fire mitigation, mold remediation, and odor control projects. Collaborate with Project Managers to ensure customer satisfaction and project profitability. Accurately capture all scopes and costs to ensure project profitability. Qualifications Certified in some of Water Restoration, Fire and Smoke Restoration, Odor Control, Mold Inspections, and Mold Remediation. Previous experience as an Estimator or Project Manager in residential and commercial construction. Proficiency in Xactimate and experience working with insurance adjusters is a strong plus. Strong attention to detail with a knack for numbers and math. Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written). Organized and computer literate, especially with MS Office. Self-starter who can work both independently and as part of a team. Flexible with work hours, as emergencies may arise at any time.
