Job Description:

Indirect Sales Representative I Adecco is currently assisting a local client by recruiting forIndirect Sales Representative positions in Decatur, AL for afull-time, contract, employment opportunity. The Indirect SalesRepresentative’s duties include, but not limited to stockinglocation, demonstrating data and products, and being knowledgeableof Verizon Wireless Pricing. Hired employees will be trained onproducts and services and qualifying customers for updates and/oradd-a-line.

Job Description:

• Support National Retailers such as Wal-Mart, Sam?s Club, Target,Radio Shack and Best Buy under the supervision of an IndirectVerizon Account Manager.
• Complete 3-4 visits per day and complete a store visit reportform for each visit. The temp will be required to follow up withthe Indirect account Manager every morning to review previous daysforms and visits.
• Meet and exceed regional sales objectives through the managementand implementation of all sales, marketing, merchandising, andadvertising/promotional programs.
• Reliable transportation is required and must be able to covermultiple locations during a single day. Must have a clean drivingrecord. (ALL mileage incurred with the position are reimbursed atthe standard Federal rate (currently $0.55 cents a mile)
• Maintain and grow existing customer base and manage churn.

Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments throughoutthe company impacting the Indirect channel.

Qualifications:

• Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.
• PC proficiency in Microsoft Office required.
• Superior organizational, interpersonal, communication andnegotiation skills are required.
• Ability to present to various audiences required.
• Prior successful sales track record and proven leadershipability.
• Have the ability to work in a fast-paced, intense, andresults-oriented environment that offers very little down time.
• Be willing to learn and be responsible for a wide variety ofproduct and service information and able to multi-task listening tothe customer, sharing information, and selling our products andservices.
• Be able to remain up-to-date on products, services, and companyin an ever-changing environment.
• Have the ability to work with frustrated customers and be able toeffectively and efficiently handle this type of situation.
• Be able to work retail hours set by the Account Manager or BrandAmbassador Administer in locations that are open 7 days a week.
• Be willing to surpass an aggressive monthly and daily quota

Hours/Salary:

• Full time, 40 hours a week (Schedule availability must be 8am to8:00pm (Monday through Saturday) and 11:00am to 7:00pm onSunday.
