We are seeking a dependable full-time, self-motivated, and customer-oriented Inside Sales Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support. You will assist Customers with their inquiries, process transactions, and promote our products effectively. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills with a passion for sales, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service. Process sales transactions accurately using cash registers and POS systems. Assist in product demonstrations to educate customers about features and benefits. Up sell additional products and services to enhance customer satisfaction and drive sales. Learn products and be able to explain products to customers. Assemble equipment for customers and have the capability to use small hand tools. Must be able to stand for long periods of time and be able to lift up to 50lbs. Properly handle and fill cleaning chemical solutions. Maintain an organized and clean sales counter area, ensuring all products are well-displayed. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive shopping experience. Look up parts in service manuals online. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain high standards of customer service. Supervise junior staff as needed, providing guidance on best practices in sales and customer interaction. Skills Self-starter, demonstrate confidence and professionalism to communicate with diverse customer base. Exceptional customer service skills. Experience with cash registers and POS systems for efficient transaction processing. Strong understanding of retail math to assist in inventory management and sales reporting. Proven sales skills with the ability to up sell products effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers clearly. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while taking initiative to complete tasks when needed. Detailed oriented.
