As we continue to grow, we are expanding our online sales channels and looking for a results-driven Inside Sales Representative to manage and develop our e-commerce partnerships. Job Summary The Inside Sales Representative will focus on managing and optimizing existing online sales channels while identifying and onboarding new digital retail partners. This role requires a proactive sales professional with strong e-commerce knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive growth through digital sales platforms. Key Responsibilities Manage Existing Online Accounts

  • Maintain and enhance relationships with current online retail partners, ensuring strong product visibility, competitive pricing, and promotional execution. New Channel Development
  • Identify and pursue new online sales opportunities, including e-commerce marketplaces, specialty retailers, and emerging digital platforms. Onboarding New Accounts
  • Lead the onboarding process for new online sales channels, coordinating product listings, pricing strategies, and logistics integration. Sales Growth & Performance Tracking
  • Monitor and analyze online sales performance, providing insights and recommendations to maximize revenue. Collaboration with Marketing & Operations
  • Work closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with digital marketing campaigns, advertising initiatives, and inventory planning. Customer & Partner Support
  • Serve as the primary contact for online retail partners, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitor pricing, and digital sales innovations to keep Monument Grills competitive in the market.

Qualifications & Requirements 2+ years of experience in inside sales, e-commerce account management, or business development, preferably in consumer goods. Experience working with online retailers such as Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, or similar e-commerce platforms. Strong understanding of digital sales strategies, online merchandising, and e-commerce operations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software, e-commerce analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite. Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
