In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while promoting and selling a luxury fragrance line. You will engage with customers to understand their preferences, offer recommendations, and create a memorable shopping experience. Your enthusiasm for Niche Brand Luxury Fragrances will help drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Duties Greet customers warmly and provide assistance in selecting fragrance products that meet their needs. Demonstrate knowledge of fragrance lines, ingredients, and trends to effectively communicate with customers. Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor by restocking merchandise and ensuring displays are well-presented. Utilize effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy periods while maintaining high service standards. Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and contribute to a positive work environment. Stay informed about new product launches and promotions to effectively communicate with customers. Experience Previous experience in fragrance retail sales is a must Previous experience working in and with a luxury retailer Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A genuine interest in fragrances and beauty products, along with the ability to sell effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on providing outstanding customer service.
