  • Description and Requirements
  • The Lenovo Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG) Regional Sales Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sellers in the East Region of the United States.

Those sellers will be driving infrastructure solutions including data center, edge, hybrid cloud revenue, strategy, and customer satisfaction for Lenovo’s Corporate Accounts. This leader will drive the team to grow new logos and/or new lines of business growth within existing accounts. They will be responsible for developing short and long-term strategies for market share but ensuring a maniacal focus on pipeline health and operational efficiency while also ensuring rep development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Build and orchestrate sales pipeline activity, ensuring active nurturing of deals and movement of opportunities to close + Meet or exceed quarterly revenue & margin quotas. + Proven track record in leading a team with a high focus on strategic selling to Corporate Customers in the East of the US + Excellent interpersonal and communications skills + Ability to manage multiple complex sales engagements and interlocking teams across multiple organizations.

Basic Qualifications:

+ 7+ years of experience leading a team in the Enterprise/Infrastructure industry + Bachelor’s degree or equivalent/relevant experience + Ability to travel within North American territory up to 70% of the time.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Strong interpersonal and communications skills, able to manage multiple complex sales engagements concurrently. + Possess a strong skillset for CRM management and the ability to articulate business objectives and results. + Strong hunting sales experience is a must.

  • Candidates can be based in either Morrisville, NC or Atlanta, GA.
  • The base salary range budgeted for this position is $143,000
  • 180,000.

Individuals may also be considered for bonuses and/or commissions, with a variable component of up to 40% on top of the base salary.
