Assess customer’s needs and concerns as you build a genuine relationship with them Build customer trust, educate your customer, and offer solutions that pave the way for a potential Metro by T-Mobile sale Tailor to each customer the right plans (right fit guide), device, and accessories for their needs Troubleshoot phones Need to know how to use a computer for POS, excel, mobile app and process check out We’ll also count on you to support your team by; Keep the store looking its best with daily housekeeping Keeping updated on current plans and promotions.
