North Decatur Road, Decatur, GA 30033 Metro by T-Mobile Authorized Dealer is seeking to hire energetic and sales-driven individuals as a Retail Sales Representative. Retail Sales Representative works with a team of experts to bringing the Metro by T-Mobile brand into the lives of every individual. They explore and qualify all customers for the best products and services Metro by T-Mobile has to offer. They build strong connections with our customers by recognizing their needs, educating them on new products and promotions, and recommending device and service solutions. Responsibilities Exploring the needs of every customer and recommend the best Metro by T-Mobile products and services that meets the customer’s expectations Providing the best customer in-store experience Side-by-side selling to find personalized solution for each customer that range from device, service, accessories, etc. Completing all Metro by T-Mobile online and in-store trainings Marketing in nearby community and shopping centers via various methods and becoming a brand ambassador of Metro by T-Mobile Executing daily store operations and procedure Benefits Hourly pay plus commission Incentives, spiffs, and/or bonuses Metro by T-Mobile employee service plan available at a discounted rate for individual/family Flexible hours
REQUIREMENTS
