As an Acquisitions Analyst you’ll own the top of our deal funnel: Calling self-storage owners and setting high-quality introductory meetings. If you love the thrill of turning a “no” (or voicemail) into a warm conversation, and you’re curious about real-estate finance, this hybrid sales-and-analysis role is for you.

Compensation:

$14 – $17/hr base + performance bonus (qualified-meeting incentives), 40 hours/week (Monday-Friday, occasional owner-availability flexibility).

Our office is in Atlanta near Krog St. Market. Looking for someone to come into the office Monday through Thursday You’ll thrive here if you Want a front-row seat to self-storage acquisitions and underwriting Have 2+ years of B2B cold-calling or inside-sales experience (real estate, self-storage, brokerage, SaaS, or similar) Feel comfortable making navigating gatekeepers with confidence and empathy Are savvy with CRMs and can quickly master our powerful automations Communicate clearly, handle objections gracefully, and schedule meetings that stick Nice-to-Haves Familiarity with self-storage operations, cap rates, or basic underwriting concepts Proficiency in Google Workspace & Slack Spanish language skills Responsibilities Call 80-100 owners/operators daily , articulate our value proposition, and secure introductory meetings for the Acquisitions Managers Maintain CRM hygiene : log every touch, track stage movement, and monitor conversion metrics (much of this is done for you) Collaborate with underwriting : gather preliminary facility data and upload Continuously refine messaging via A/B testing follow-ups What We Offer Fun office culture with weekly team lunches Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Competitive performance bonuses Clear pathway to Acquisitions Associate within 12-18 months Interested?
