• Speak with home sellers daily and assess their needs
• Build trust quickly and explain our home-buying process
• Gather property details and evaluate offer potential
• Present all-cash offers and
• negotiate win-win deals
• Update CRM with accurate seller info and follow-up notes
• Meet or exceed
• weekly/monthly closing goals
• Attend regular sales meetings and training sessions
• Help homeowners feel confident choosing Trusted Home Buyers Qualifications
• Sales experience required— car sales, retail, cold calling, door-to-door, or telemarketing
• High emotional intelligence and
• strong people skills
• Confident on the phone and in person
• Excellent communication & closing ability
• Coachable and open to feedback
• Strong work ethic and

• Basic real estate knowledge is a plus, but not required
