Location:

Atlanta GA and Pooler GA (You must travel from Atlanta to Pooler on a weekly basis)

Salary:

Starting from $70,000 (DOE) +

The Role We’re seeking a motivated and energetic Sales Representative to help us expand our presence and bring on new business. This is a field-based role, with approximately 75% of your time dedicated to door-to-door sales and local outreach. You’ll be the face, identifying leads, setting appointments, and nurturing long-term relationships with business clients. Key Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to identify and engage prospective clients. Book a minimum of 4 client appointments daily. Build and maintain strong relationships with local businesses and community organizations. Partner with our recruitment and operations teams to deliver tailored staffing solutions. Craft compelling sales proposals and service agreements. Stay current on market trends and the competitive landscape. Travel to meet with larger clients when needed. What We’re Looking For Proven experience in sales, preferably in the staffing or service industry. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. High-energy, proactive, and results-driven mindset. (English/Spanish) is strongly preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
