The Opportunity We’re hiring motivated, results-driven Sales Representatives to join our team and help expand our footprint throughout the Southeast region and beyond. This role is ideal for ambitious professionals who want to sell a proven solution with strong market demand, high earning potential, and real impact on communities.

School Districts Local and Regional Governments Public Sector Facilities Primary Focus Territory:

Southeast U.S. (e.g., Georgia, Florida, the Carolinas, Alabama, etc.) Nationwide opportunities also available Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in the public sector Lead the entire sales cycle: prospecting, presenting, negotiating, and closing deals Conduct site visits and gather data to support project proposals Collaborate with our in-house teams to support design, installation, and utility rebate submissions Maintain strong, consultative relationships with key decision-makers Meet and exceed monthly and annual revenue targets What You Bring 2+ years of B2B or consultative sales experience (energy services, lighting, or facilities a plus) History of exceeding quotas and driving revenue growth Excellent communication and relationship-building skills Self-starter with a hunter mentality and strong organizational habits Willingness to travel regionally across the Southeast U.S. Experience with public sector sales and procurement cycles is highly desirable What We Offer Competitive base salary with uncapped commission Accelerators and incentives for top performers Realistic earning potential of $200,000+ annually Full benefits package (health, dental, vision, 401(k), etc.) Remote work flexibility and supportive team environment Sales tools, training, and marketing support provided Join Us If you’re a driven sales professional ready to build a career in a growing, purpose-driven industry— we want to talk to you .
