What you will be doing

• Working within the service department to sell service plans, roof inspections, repairs and maintenance
• Generating your own leads, following up on company leads and nurturing and expanding existing accounts
• Manage your own pipeline using CRM system to track leads and close deals
• Remain up-to-date on market trends, materials, pricing and estimates What we need from you
• Commercial roofing, multifamily or commercial construction sales experience
• Knowledge of commercial roofing systems
• Able to self-generate leads; a book of business to bring would be beneficial
