Yes, Please.
We’re Hiring:
Sales Rep AND a Player-Coach Sales Manager You love a good beer. You know how to sell. And you’re ready to hustle for something that actually matters. Welcome to Liberator Distributing — an independent, craft-focused distributor based in Tucker. We’re the kind of team that knows our brewers by name, believes in our portfolio, and shows up for our customers with energy and heart. We’re growing—and we need two key roles to take us further:
Open Roles:
1. Sales Representative You’ll hit the pavement, build relationships with bars, restaurants, and retailers, and move product you’re proud of. This role is for someone who loves the art of selling, thrives on the energy of the service industry, and wants to be a real part of the craft community.
Responsibilities:
Manage and grow a defined territory of on- and off-premise accounts Achieve weekly and monthly sales goals across portfolio brands Educate buyers and staff on products and promotions Execute regular in-person visits, tastings, and events Maintain accurate sales records and CRM updates Partner with operations to ensure timely, accurate deliveries Represent Liberator at festivals, tastings, and industry events Stay informed about market trends, competitors, and new products 2. Sales Manager (Player-Coach) Yes, you’ll lead the sales team — coach, develop, and hold them accountable. But you’ll also manage your own accounts , close your own deals, and lead by example. This isn’t a sit-behind-the-desk role. It’s sleeves-rolled-up, boots-on-the-ground leadership. If you’re ready to help shape the future of our sales culture and keep your selling skills sharp, this is your role.
Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team Set and monitor sales goals, KPIs, and team performance metrics Manage a personal book of accounts and lead by example in the field Develop and implement sales strategies and promotional plans Collaborate with leadership on forecasting and inventory planning Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members Conduct regular ride-alongs, check-ins, and team meetings Serve as the bridge between sales, operations, and supplier relations Identify growth opportunities and new account targets Represent Liberator with professionalism and passion across the industry
What We’re Looking For:
For Both Roles:
Strong, proven sales chops — you know how to move a conversation to a close. A natural relationship builder who earns trust and follows through. Detail-oriented and self-motivated — no babysitting here. Love for craft beer and spirits (you don’t need to be an expert, but curiosity helps). Atlanta-based and ready to drive (you’ll need your own vehicle). For the
Sales Manager:
Leadership experience — especially coaching or managing other sales reps Ability to balance managing people and managing your own book of business. Comfortable setting goals, giving feedback, and helping a team grow. Strategic thinker who sees the big picture but still loves the daily grind.
What You Don’t Need:
A beer cicerone certification. (Though we’ll high-five you if you have one.) Fancy industry connections. A stiff, corporate background. We care more about how you sell than how many breweries you can name. Sales talent, emotional intelligence, and a drive to build something meaningful — that’s what wins here.
Why Work With Us:
We’re independent AF. No big distributors. No nonsense. Our portfolio rocks. We rep some of the best small producers in the world. You’ll be trusted. We hire smart people and let them do their thing. It’s real growth. You won’t just sell beer — you’ll help shape how it’s done. Sound Like a Fit? Shoot us your resume and a note about why this job caught your eye to . If you’re the kind of person who knows how to open doors and close deals — and you’ve ever geeked out over a farmhouse or Zwickelbier—we want to meet you. . Because life’s too short to sell something you don’t believe in.
