Inside Sales Details:
Temp-to-Hire position
$25.00 /hour
Full Time work available
First Shift (Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm)
Collaborate with the outside sales team to meet customer needs and sales targets.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business.
Inside Sales Qualifications:
Previous experience in inside sales, customer service, or industrial distribution preferred.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
Ability to read and understand technical product information.
High school diploma or equivalent; some college or technical training is a plus.
