We’re looking for motivated Sales & Leasing Consultants to join our growing team. Provide a consultative sales approach to help customers find the perfect vehicle. Engage and follow up with leads via phone, email, and social media. Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, both on the lot and during test drives. Guide customers through the sales process, including financing applications. What We’re Looking For High-energy, enthusiastic individuals with a passion for sales. Outgoing and personable, with strong communication skills (in-person and over the phone). A customer-focused mindset with the ability to overcome objections and build relationships. Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.
