Inside Sales:
Inside Sales Support:

Assist the sales team with lead generation, prospecting, and nurturing potential clients. Respond to inquiries and provide information about products and

Customer Relationship Management:

Maintain and update customer databases. Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling.

Quoting and Quote Follow-Up:

Prepare quotes for potential clients, ensuring proper mark-up and alignment with company policy and follow up on quotes to ensure timely responses and conversions.

Prospecting New Business:

Identify and research potential clients and business opportunities. Develop strategies to reach out to prospects and generate leads

Customer Service/Order Entry :

Serve as a back-up for Customer Service/Order Entry personnel. Collaborate with purchasing to identify material need to create accurate purchase orders including complete specifications.

Marketing & Administrative Support:
Social Media Content Creation:

Assist with Developing engaging and creative content for various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Marketing Campaigns:

Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, social media, and digital advertising.

Analytics and Reporting:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns and social media content. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate results and insights to the team.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.

Collaboration:

Work closely with the marketing team, sales team, and other departments to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.

Required Skills and Abilities:

Strong analytical, mathematical, and organizational skills Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer-focused approach Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and marketing tools Ability to read basic blueprints and measure to .001 inch using calipers Flexible work availability, including potential overtime Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities in a fast-paced environment Assist all trade show event planning. Education and Experience:

Associate’s Degree (Technical or Business) or Bachelor’s Degree preferred Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in Inside Sales and/or

This position operates in both an office and an unconditioned indoor manufacturing environment.
