The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while assisting clients in selecting and purchasing vehicles. This role requires a passion for the automotive industry, strong sales skills, and the ability to build lasting relationships with customers. Duties Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences in vehicle selection. Demonstrate vehicles, highlighting features and benefits to encourage sales. Maintain an organized inventory of vehicles, ensuring accurate information is available for customers. Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction. Manage the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer. Collaborate with the dealership team to ensure effective inventory control and management. Provide follow-up communication with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage referrals. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to effectively address customer inquiries. Skills Proven experience in automotive sales or a related field is preferred. Strong upselling abilities and experience in outside sales. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail for inventory management. Bilingual proficiency, particularly in Spanish, is highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. Ability to work collaboratively within a dealership environment while maintaining individual sales goals. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with customers effectively. Knowledge of inventory control processes within an automotive dealership setting is advantageous.
