Start with the paycheck:

Base Pay (Hourly Rate) plus salescommission. Our current full-time representatives/managers earn anaverage of $30,500.00 in total compensation in the first year whensuccessfully exceeding sales goals. Job Description:

We have an exclusive partnership with a Wireless company to act asthe sole broker for the authorized dealers for this compnay toacquire locations/real estate within the malls (Indoor, Outdoor, orOutlet# throughout the United States and Puerto Rico. As a BusinessDevelopment Representative/Manager you will work closely with theVice President and General Manager as well as various VicePresidents for Leasing within our company. You will be responsible for working with Sales teams and theauthorized dealers to process the acquisition of locations/realestate within the malls within your assigned territory orregion. Handle all administrativeaspects of the sale including, but not limited to the following:processing the transactions efficiently and effectively, completingclient agreements and other documents, and filing the completedorders. Maintain strong knowledge of all Company service offerings.

Provide critical market feedback to Management regarding client andservice needs. Handle service inquiries from customers. Provideefficient, courteous customer service and assistance in all aspectsof offerings and services. Ensure an extraordinary customerexperience.

Required Qualifications:

The successful candidate will be able to perform the following andother items not listed with or without reasonableaccommodation:

  • Ability to sell by understanding customers’ needs and helpingthem discover how our services meet those needs and to educate andengage customers through conversations, email communication, andfrom time to time face to face meetings.
  • Ability to interact with customers and providing prompt andcourteous customer service to all customers via phone or written email note.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends andholidays.
  • Ability to complete all paperwork completely, neatly andaccurately, and in a timely manner.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to operate a personal computer #be proficient withMicrosoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook#, wirelessequipment, copier and fax .
  • Ability to process all customer needs utilizing the softwaresystems and must become proficient at all aspects of handling allcustomer service issues.
  • Ability to work in other locations as the needs of the businessdictate may be required.
  • Must dress professionally
  • May be required to be bi-lingual

Other Responsibilities:

Compliance ¿ Understand operational compliance of back office processes,procedures and policies ¿ Escalate appropriately any billing or customer service issues ¿ Consistently adheres to the Code of Business Conduct ¿ Fully understands compensation plan and knows how to maximizeearnings Customer Experience and Sales ¿ Demonstrate the right customer interfacing behaviors defined byManagement ¿ Participate with management and peers in role-playing regularlyto demonstrate ¿what right looks like¿ ¿ Deliver an extraordinarycustomer experience 100% of the time ¿ Handle customer service situations in a way that turns customersinto satisfied customers ¿ Attend weekly personnel meetings/training/educationalsessions ¿ Review Results and Customer Feedback on a daily basis Compensation is hourly plus commission. The Commission Compensationplan is quota based and is performance tiered for the sale ofservices and other objectives. Payroll takes place every other weekand commissions are paid on the second pay period of the followingmonth sales were transacted.
